Course Details

This course is designed for professionals who need to use English confidently and effectively in international business contexts. Over 12 weeks, learners will develop practical language skills for meetings, emails, presentations, and day-to-day workplace communication. The focus is on clear, natural, and professional English that can be used immediately at work. The course places strong emphasis on realistic business situations, enabling learners to practise the language they actually need in their professional lives. Through guided speaking tasks, role-plays, and simulations, participants will build confidence in expressing opinions, making suggestions, handling problems, and communicating diplomatically with colleagues and clients. Listening and reading activities are drawn from authentic business contexts to reflect real-world use of English. In addition to developing fluency and accuracy, the course also focuses on appropriacy, tone, and cross-cultural communication. Learners will explore how to adjust their language for different audiences and situations, particularly in international and multicultural workplaces. Regular feedback and personalised support help learners identify their strengths and areas for development, ensuring steady progress and greater confidence in using English professionally.
