Our Philosophy

We have a simple philosophy. Listen, Involve, Vocalise, Enrich.

Situated near Glasgow University and the fashionable West End area, the school is in a convenient location, with tourist attractions, speciality shops, sports facilities and excellent nightlife nearby.

Our teachers are interested in our students and their learning. We plan every learning and excursion schedule carefully with the student, and each lesson is specialised to meet his or her needs and interests. We aim to create a confident atmosphere in the classroom, and encourage students to use different techniques in their own learning. We offer students regular counseling with their teacher to support their studies. We encourage students to become active in the community by doing voluntary work. We want our students to go home with more than improved English skills.

School Accreditations and Achievements

Investors In People status (IIP) - we are member of Investor in People. Investors in People is the national Standard which sets a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals.

Diploma in ELT Management - Our School Director - Adell Mitchell has recently been awarded this qualification which is offered by English UK. This ensures that we have a soundly-run business from all angles and that we ensure a high standard of service and support for all our client groups. Adell was awarded a Merit Pass.

British Council Accreditation (BCA) - We successfully became accredited in December 2006.

English UK - we are member of English UK. English UK is the world’s leading language teaching association with more than 400 members – all accredited by the British Council – including private language schools, educational trusts and charities and language centres in further education colleges and universities.
