With our two airports (Prestwick Airport and Glasgow International Airport) you can travel easily and for cheap to many other places such as Dublin, Belfast or London.

Some people would worry if the Scottish teachers would speak English with a strong accent. Each Region in the UK has its own accent. Teachers in England have their own regional accents too and some of them are thicker than the Scottish Accent!
Our teachers are well qualified and most of them have taught abroad and have been teaching for years. If they were not easily understood then they probably would not be kept on in a job. Finally, 2% of English speakers in the UK actually speak 'received pronunciation' - Queen's English. The percentage of them who are actual teachers is hard to determine. So wherever you go in the UK you will hear different regional accents of which Scottish and Glasgow would just be part of.
