Given the recent changes to the Visa system in the UK, the demand for English exams, such as the IELTS and Cambridge suite, is higher than ever. Overseas students also require proof of their English level for entry to UK universities and colleges. As a result, teaching exam preparation classes is on the increase.
Exam English instruction can often be a daunting prospect for newly qualified teachers or those with little experience outside General English. The Teaching Exam Preparation course is geared towards qualified EFL instructors who are looking to consolidate techniques from a CELTA level course and enhance their knowledge of the range of examinations learners need.
The course covers the IELTS and Cambridge exams and provides in-depth knowledge of the components of each of the tests.
